Championship Hearts Student Athlete Screening
Free screenings for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) The 2008 Championship Hearts screenings will take place on the following dates at central Austin locations. Screenings will be held from 8 a.m. to noon. No appointment is necessary.

July 26th, Heart Hospital of Austin, 3801 North Lamar Blvd., Austin, TX 78756.

October 11th, Dell Children's Medical Center, 4900 Mueller Blvd., Austin, TX 78723.

Championship Hearts is a free program; however a contribution of $15.00 is suggested. Monies received through this program will help fund future screenings and other Foundation projects.

CPR, First Aid and AED Classes
The City of Austin Emergency Medical Services CPR/First Aid Division provides Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training to the general public. The CPR/First Aid Training Division has been a training facility since 1985.
